Yes! I want to become a part of the Guide Dog Foundation Puppy Program Team.  This application is for anyone interested in becoming a volunteer Puppy Raiser, a Temporary Home provider, or a member of our Taxi Team.  

Applicants must be 18 years or older.  Sorry, No exceptions.
