The Position: Receptionist – Office Assistant - Full Time
This position provides support for the various functions of the Administrative Services Department. Supported functions include reception and front desk duties, mail sorting and distribution, general office supply orders, organization of local speaking engagements and on-campus Talk & Tours; maintenance of workroom, process and packaging sale of merchandise; assist staff with postage machine, packing, shipping and tracking of shipments. Various Human Resources administrative tasks as directed.
Key Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years college; 4 years office experience.
- Demonstrated capacity for organization, prioritization and efficiency in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Positive and personable customer service skills to professionally interact with public/staff/volunteers that are in house or call or email.
- Excellent office skills and proficiency with Excel, MS Word, Outlook, Teams, Zoom, as well as most general office equipment.
