2. Fax your credit card information to our office at (631) 361-5192. Please be sure to include your name and address so we can send you an acknowledgement and properly thank you. We also need your phone number in case we have any questions.
3. Telephone us at (800) 548-4337 and we can process your donation over the telephone.
