What your contributions mean to the Guide Dog Foundation!

Here is a partial list of what your contribution can help us to do:

$25 Outfits a puppy with food and water dishes and a leash and collar.
$50 Feeds one dog for 3 months.
$100 Outfits a guide dog with a specially designed harness.
$200 Transports a student to our Smithtown campus for training class.
$250 Provides veterinarian care for a dog from birth to graduation.
$500 Pays for room and board for two weeks for one student
$1,000 Provides for transportation for five students.
$2,000 Feeds 10 dogs for one year.
$2,500 Provides for room and board for two weeks for 5 students.
$2,500 Transports an entire class to and from our campus.
$6,000 Sponsors a dog. Dog sponsors get to pick and name a puppy. They receive progress reports throughout the first 18 months of the dog's life and are invited to the ceremony when the guide dog and its new owner have completed their training.
$5,000 Purchases a computer with adaptive equipment for our blind students.
$10,000 Provides room and board for an entire class.
$25,000 Purchases a training van to transport students or dogs.
