Every year, the Guide Dog Foundation hosts several special events.

Community Fundraising Events

February

February 10, 2017 – Spaghetti Dinner

The Mattituck Leo Club is hosting this event with a portion of the proceeds to benefit the Guide Dog Foundation. The event starts at 5:00 p.m. and will take place at the Mattituck High School cafeteria. The cost is $10 for adults and $5 for students, children under 5 are free!  A special rate of $25 is considered for families of 4 or more.  There will be a 50/50 raffle.  For additional information, please contact Rob Nine at 516-644-6143

March 2, 2017 – Casino Night Fundraiser

The Long Island Unity Lions Club is hosting this event with proceeds to benefit the Guide Dog Foundation. The event starts at 6:30 p.m. and will take place at Carlyle on the Green located at 99 Quaker Meeting House Road in Farmingdale, NY.  The cost is $65 per person and includes food & beverages, raffles, 50/50 and more! March 25, 2017 – Luck of the Draw

Lions Club of the Islips is hosting this event with a portion of the proceeds to benefit the Guide Dog Foundation. This casino night starts at 6:00 p.m. and will take place at Hibernian Hall located at 65 Champlin Avenue in East Islip. The cost is $60 per person.  There is a chance to win a TV as well as Chinese Auction prizes too! April 29, 2017 – Petals for Paws

M&C Adventures is hosting a brand new event that is sure to be lots of fun! This event will be held at Baiting Hollow Vineyard. A professional florist will instruct participants on flower arranging. Wine tasting with many great raffles will be available too. For information click here.

June 24, 2017 – Multicultural Dance Event

The Mudra Foundation: Art for a Cause is sponsoring this special event with a portion of the proceeds to benefit the Guide Dog Foundation.
