Driving Directions to the Guide Dog Foundation
371 East Jericho Turnpike, Smithtown, N.Y.
From Manhattan:
Midtown Tunnel to L.I. Expressway (495) East. Stay on the LIE to Exit 56, Route 111 North. Follow Route 111 North until Route 25. At the intersection, make a right turn onto Route 25 (Jericho Turnpike). Follow Route 25 East for 1 mile. The Foundation is on the left, across the street from the Toyota dealership.
When travelling via the Throgs Neck or Whitestone Bridges, follow the signs to the Long Island Expressway, and continue as above.
From Long Island:
Long Island Expressway to Exit 56, Route 111 North. Follow Route 111 North until Route 25. At the intersection, make a right turn onto Route 25 (Jericho Turnpike). Follow Route 25 East for 1 mile. The Foundation is on the left, across the street from the Toyota dealership.
OR
Northern State Parkway East until it ends, which will place you on Route 347. Continue on 347, bearing left when the road splits. Make a left turn onto Terry Road. (At intersection, there is the Watermill Caterer and a Mobil Station.) Continue on Terry for about one mile, until it ends. At the light, make a right turn, heading East, onto Route 25 (Jericho Turnpike/Middle Country Road). The Foundation is about a quarter-mile down the road, on the left.
